Terms of Service

Commission Clips · Effective October 15, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Nicholas Josiah Tassiello ("we", "us"), the owner of Commission Clips. By installing or using Commission Clips you agree to them. If you use it for a church or organization, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What Commission Clips does

Commission Clips is a desktop app that helps you turn sermon recordings into short videos and, if you choose, post them to social accounts you connect. Plans differ only in how many finished Shorts you can make each month, as shown on the Plans page.

3. Your content and your responsibility

• You keep all rights to your sermons, videos and captions. We claim no ownership of them.
• Only import, edit and post material you own or have permission to use, including music, video and images.
• You are responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules.
• Commission Clips posts only when you press Post or when a schedule you set runs.

4. Connected platforms

Posting and analytics use the services of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may change or limit their services at any time, which can affect what Commission Clips can do.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Commission Clips according to your plan. Do not resell, reverse-engineer, or use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, or post spam or harmful content.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed through our store provider. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

7. No warranty

Commission Clips is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be error-free, always available, or that any video will reach a particular audience.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Commission Clips at any time. We may suspend a license that is used in breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
